Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Bennett's Boutique!

Please read our return policy thoroughly before initiating a return. 

We do not offer returns for refund to the original form of payment, we offer store credit only. You have 10 days from the day that you purchase your item (in store) or the day you receive your order (online) to return. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Please note the requirements below for ALL returns, no exceptions:

• Items must be in perfect condition with tags still attached unworn and unwashed. Items must not have makeup, deodorant stains, dog hair or cigarette smells of any kind. These items will not be accepted. 

• All items that are bought on special discounts and marked final sale or items purchased from the SALE tab are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

• Once your return is received and if it is accepted by Bennett's Boutique using the criteria above, please allow 3-5 business days for us to email your store credit code. Store credit can be used online or in store!
